BlueSky GSE respects the web and the privacy of all its users.

The information of our customer list will never be transmitted to a third party.

All entries of personal data in forms or emails sent to BlueSky GSE will always be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

General Terms of Sale

These conditions prevail over any other unless otherwise agreed in writing by BlueSky GSE.

All equipment delivered by BlueSky GSE must be paid in full before delivery. All concerned invoices issued by our company must be settled accordingly.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the supplied materials shall remain the property of BlueSky GSE until paid for in full.

To be admissible, every claim must arrive in writing by registered mail within 8 days upon receipt of our invoice.

Any unpaid amount due on its date will be increased, legally and without needing any prior formal notice, by 20% with a minimum of €100.00, as well as a delay charge of 2% per month.

Every claim is exclusively submitted to the jurisdiction of 1400 - Nivelles (Belgium).

Unless otherwise stated in our quotation, all our equipment is sold "Ex Works".
